Neighborhood Depot funding from Senator Charles Schumer

Four Tioga County nonprofits will soon have a new place to call home. Tioga County Rural Ministry, Catholic Charities Tompkins/Tioga, Tioga United Way, and Racker are heading for higher ground with a new, shared office and conference space. The 15,000 square foot facility is scheduled for construction at the current site of the Tioga County Rural Ministry on North Ave in the Village of Owego. Located next to the railroad tracks, the building structure will resemble a railroad depot and will blend in with the aesthetics of the neighborhood.

This project is planned around building capacity and collaboration while simultaneously addressing the needs of Tioga County residents. Thank you to Team Tioga Senator Chuck Schumer, Kirsten Gillibrand, and a very involved network of funders and very committed team.
