Welcome to Racker’s Community Helpline

Racker’s Community Helpline is a confidential way of submitting a concern, if you: 

  • are fearful of reprisal for reporting a concern, or 
  • have made previous reports of concerns and have not felt heard, or  
  • have made previous reports of concerns and believe nothing has been done. 

Concerns reported may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Physical plant safety 
  • Fraud 
  • Unethical practices 
  • Discrimination 
  • Violation of someone’s rights 
  • Violation of agency policies 
  • Violation of state, federal or local regulation 
  • Any treatment of an individual receiving services that is inconsistent with Racker’s Mission and Vision 

NOTE: The Helpline is NOT intended for situations where a person’s health and safety are in imminent danger. Please report any such situations to a supervisor or Director immediately.  If you are unsure of whom to report this type of concern call the main agency number – 607-272-5891 and ask for assistance.
