After Hours at OCM BOCES

To provide recreational experiences to students with social emotional needs who are enrolled in programs at OCM BOCES.  The program, which is supported by the Community Services Board at Cortland County Mental Health, is designed to assist students who would otherwise no be able to pursue an area of interest that may be highly motivating to them.  Financial support, transportation and case management support is offered to students who participate.

Examples include the following:

  • Horseback riding
  • Hiking Club
  • Canine 4 Kids
  • Photography
  • Scouts
  • Garden Club

Eligibility: Students must be enrolled at OCM BOCES and reside in Cortland County.

How to Access: OCM BOCES students are referred by their Day Treatment counselors and/or school social workers, based on assessment of their interests and social emotional needs.
